Pre-departure Information and Advice

Upon booking, if not before, you will be sent our comprehensive Mongolia Travel Advice document which incorporates, amongst other things, information on – visas, money, packing, communications, tipping, electricity and charging equipment, reading suggestions, maps, gifts, health (vaccinations, first aid), safety.

If you have purchased international flights through us, we will send them to you as soon as they are ticketed. 1-2 weeks prior to departure we will send you an e-mail with pick-up details, guide name, and any other last minute information relevant to your trip.

International flights

Although our itineraries are generally quoted exclusive of international travel, we are able to book international flights and train tickets for our guests. If we are buying international flights on your behalf, we usually require full payment for these in advance of purchase.

Financial Protection

Your booking with Goyo Travel Limited is fully financially protected in the unlikely event of our failure. Any flight-inclusive packages bought by any person physically present in the UK at time of booking, or with flights departing from the UK, will be protected under the ATOL regulations – our ATOL membership number is 10700.

All non-ATOL bookings are protected by an IPP (International Passenger Protection) insurance policy. Our policy number is 18/285.
